In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2016. April 2016 On the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, FERRO GRUPA d.o.o. (FERRO GRUPA or Processing Manager), Radetići 9, Matulji, respects and respects the privacy of every visitor to our website and in the continuation of this privacy policy provides all information on the collection and processing of personal data.
This Privacy Policy refers to the data collected using the https://www.ferrogrupa.hr/ website and other personal data processing activities carried out by FERRO GRUPA d.o.o.. for the purpose of providing the requested service by the user.

1. COOKIES
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.
First-party cookies are cookies that are stored by the websites you visit. Only these websites can read them. If a site also uses external services, they may store their own cookies, called third-party cookies.
Persistent cookies are stored on your computer and are not automatically deleted when you close your browser. Unlike them, session cookies are deleted every time you close your browser.

How does our site www.ferrogrupa.hr work with cookies?
The www.ferrogrupa.hr pages mainly use “first-party cookies”. These are cookies defined and controlled by Ferro grupa d.o.o. (i.e. no external organization does).

This data is not shared with any third party or used for other purposes. Anonymized statistical data can be forwarded to contractors working on communication projects on the basis of a contractual agreement with Ferro grupa d.o.o.

If you do not open this content, third-party cookies will not be stored on your device.
Deleting cookies
If you delete your browsing history from your browser, you will delete all cookies that are on your device at that time. Deleting your history will delete all cookies from all websites you have ever visited.
However, keep in mind that this may also result in the loss of some saved data that you may want to retain (e.g., data to easily fulfill another order or some personal preferences).

Block cookies
You can set most of today’s browsers to block the storage of cookies on your device, but then every time you visit a site you will have to manually adjust some personal preferences. Please note that in this case, some services and functionalities may not work well.
2. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WWW.FERROGRUPA.HR
The Processing Manager collects from its customers through the web shop the following personal data as mandatory data:
Name, Surname, Company name, Country, Postal address (county, zip code, city, street and house number), Phone number, E-mail address, and other personal data that the data subject himself enters in the field “order notes” as voluntary data
The purpose of collecting mandatory data is the delivery of purchase offers at the customer’s request and delivery of the order. The purpose of collecting voluntary data is to adjust the order and delivery of ordered goods to the wishes of the respondent. The legal basis for processing is taking action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
3. METHOD OF PROCESSING
The method of processing mandatory and voluntary data is in electronic form with the application of all prescribed and appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures for the protection of personal data. Access is provided only to authorized persons with a password and access log, with the application of it security measures against unwanted access and protection against data loss: backup, firewall, antivirus. Personal data will not be transferred to third recipients, unless such transfer is based on regulation. The data is not taken out of the European Union.
4. STORAGE PERIOD
We keep your personal data for a period of 5 years after the end of the year in which communication was interrupted upon the request, or from the fulfillment of the contractual relationship or longer if the court dispute is ongoing or if the limitation period is longer than the first stated period.

Right of access to personal data – Your right is to obtain from the Controller confirmation whether your personal data are being processed, information about the purpose of processing, the categories of data being processed, recipients, storage time, and the existence of the right to request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection to processing.
Right to rectification – you have the right to request rectification of inaccurate data or to supplement incomplete data relating to you.
Right to erasure – you have the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning you under certain conditions, unless their storage is required by law.
Right to restriction of processing of personal data – you have the right to obtain from the Controller restriction of processing relating to you under certain conditions.
Right to object to processing – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability – you have the right to transfer your personal data to another controller and, if technically feasible, the transfer will be made by automated means.
